Mr. Eesar Khan is a dedicated and visionary academic leader who brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in higher education, encompassing teaching, academic administration, and institutional leadership. With an established record of excellence, he has successfully guided strategic initiatives, academic operations, and organizational growth as the Premises Head of KASBIT Gulshan and Hyderi. His dynamic leadership and student-centric approach have contributed significantly to enhancing the academic culture, faculty development, and overall institutional reputation.

His professional expertise extends across curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, academic management, community engagement, public speaking, and student mentorship. Known for his ability to connect with students and colleagues alike, he fosters a culture of motivation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing Communication, he remains deeply passionate about inspiring individuals through transformative leadership and purposeful guidance. His areas of strength include academic governance, strategic planning, instructional design, interpersonal skill development, and team leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Eesar has held several key academic and administrative roles, including Premises Head, Cluster Head, Head of Student Affairs, and Manager University-Industrial Linkages. These diverse responsibilities have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of educational management, institutional growth, and industry–academia collaboration. His approach emphasizes creating value-driven learning environments and bridging theoretical education with practical, industry-relevant experiences.

His academic credentials include a PhD in Marketing Communication (in progress), an MS in Marketing, a MasterÂ’s in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), and a MasterÂ’s in International Relations (IR). As a senior faculty member and Cluster Head for Linguistics & Corporate Communication, he continues to champion innovation in curriculum design, research, and student engagement. He also advocates for the integration of technology in learning, promoting digital literacy and modern pedagogical tools to meet evolving academic standards.
