Overview

Ms. Nousheen Abbas Naqvi is an experienced academic and finance professional with over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience at HEC-recognized universities. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Cluster Head of Accounts and Taxation, where she provides academic leadership and contributes to curriculum development in accounting, finance, and taxation.

She has also served as an Associate Registrar, playing a vital role in academic management, policy implementation, and institutional development. Ms. Naqvi holds an MPhil, MBA, and MA in Economics, along with professional qualifications including APFA, Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking, and several certified courses in finance and taxation.

Her research interests focus on finance, accounting, taxation, and Islamic banking, and she has published multiple papers in HEC-recognized national and international (X and Y category) journals. Currently pursuing her PhD in Finance from Karachi University Business School (KUBS), she continues to contribute to academic excellence, research innovation, and the professional development of future business leaders. Ms. Naqvi has supervised numerous MS and MBA research theses, mentoring postgraduate students in areas of finance, & accounting.
