Possessing an MBA (18 years) and an MS degree in Human Resource Management having over 12 years of valuable teaching experience at the university level. With a strong academic background and deep expertise in HR, I served as both a visiting and permanent lecturer at several reputable universities, including Dow University of Health Sciences, Baqai Medical University, Iqra University, SMI University, and SZABUL University.

My teaching approach emphasizes student engagement, critical thinking, and practical application of theoretical knowledge. Over the years, I have contributed to shaping future professionals through commitment to academic excellence and my ability to connect course material with real-world industry practices.

In addition to teaching career, I have several research publications in well-recognized international journals, reflecting my active involvement in scholarly work and dedication to advancing knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management. My research interests include organizational behavior, employee development, and sustainable HR practices.
