Overview

Warrisha Jabeen serves as a Lab Demonstrator in the Department of Computer Science at KASBIT University, where she supports students in exploring the practical side of computing and technology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from Iqra University in 2024. With a strong belief that learning becomes most effective through doing, she focuses on making lab sessions interactive, creative, and closely connected to real-world problem-solving and innovation.

Warrisha sees her role as more than just teaching software or programming, she strives to make students confident explorers of technology and independent thinkers. She encourages them to ask meaningful questions, think critically, and approach challenges with curiosity and persistence. Her calm and approachable nature allows students to feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and learning from them, which she considers an essential part of growth in the ever- evolving field of computer science.

During her academic journey, Warrisha worked on several meaningful projects that reflect both innovation and practical understanding. Her “Scan & Go” project introduced a smart shopping experience using mobile technology and RFID integration, simplifying the checkout process while ensuring data security and user convenience. She also developed a Library Management System that automated library operations and improved information accessibility, and a Car Parking System using Arduino and sensors to support intelligent parking management. Additionally, she designed a Space Invaders game, blending logic, design, and creativity to demonstrate her programming and problem-solving skills along with many more academic projects that strengthened her technical foundation and analytical abilities.

What drives Warrisha most is the constant evolution of technology and its power to make everyday life easier, faster, and more efficient. She enjoys staying curious, learning new tools, experimenting with emerging technologies, and finding ways to translate that knowledge into meaningful experiences for her students. For her, every lab session is an opportunity to connect learning with inspiration and to help students see technology not just as a subject, but as a mindset for innovation, creation, and positive change.

With her enthusiasm for innovation, strong technical foundation, and commitment to student success and continuous learning, Warrisha Jabeen continues to play a valuable role in shaping the next generation of capable and confident computing professionals at KASBIT University.
