KASBIT Executive Development Center (EDC) has organized workshop for their faculty and staff members on “Team building and Conflict Management” held on Monday dated 28^th January 2019, conducted by Dr. Amir Adam. The main agenda of the training was to instill the understanding and significance of team building and conflict management practices with respect to education sector. The session was of entire day from 9:00am to 5:00pm contained practices, exercise, cases and discussion in general and specifically assessed the current institutional scenario, team dynamics, types of conflict and conflict management style, the session ended with the activity which combined team building and conflict management aspects.
